About this position
Principal Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL
• Performs tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable, and sanitary environment for all residents, staff, and visitors according to established policies and procedures.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Attends meetings and in-services as required.
- Reports problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, State, and Corporate requirements.
- Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English for business necessity.
- Prior experience in a Long long-term care preferred.
CONSUMER SERVICE
- Presents a professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.
- Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
- Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
Salary Information
$18.63 - $25.62
