About this position

Description:
  • Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant reservation system
  • Coordinate seating to ensure balanced service flow and optimal table turns
  • Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and management regarding guest needs and timing
  • Answer guest questions regarding the menu, hours, and general restaurant information
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
  • Assist with guest recovery and special requests as needed
  • Uphold Sirena and The Georgian service standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous host or front-of-house experience preferred, upscale or high-volume dining a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during peak service periods
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
