We are currently recruiting a Legal and Compliance Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsabilities
  • Independently draft, review, and negotiate standard contracts and commercial agreements
  • Advise business teams on company governance, compliance, and regulatory issues with general supervision
  • Identify and help manage legal risks in business transactions
  • Influence internal stakeholders by explaining relevant legal facts, policies, and practices
  • Handle moderately complex legal matters related to company structuring, partnerships, and transactions
  • Independently manage standard compliance reporting and documentation processes with general supervision
  • Analyze regulatory and contractual requirements, identifying and addressing compliance gaps
  • Prepare accurate, evidence-based reports to meet internal and external obligations
  • Communicate compliance requirements and procedures to asset teams and external contractors
  • Influence others within the compliance area through clear explanations of policies and best practices

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field

Experience and Technical Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience practicing corporate law, with exposure to business transactions and commercial contracts
  • Intermediate skills in contract negotiation, legal analysis, and compliance documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal research tools
  • 3–6 years of experience in compliance, reporting, or risk management (preferably in energy or infrastructure)
  • Proficient in compliance management software and regulatory research
  • Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and data analysis
