RMA (Assisted Living, 7am–3pm)

We’re looking for dedicated and caring Registered Medication Aides (RMA) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. About the Role
As an RMA, you’ll have the opportunity to build real relationships with residents while providing hands‑on care in a warm, home‑like setting. Every day, you’ll bring comfort, reassurance, and a friendly presence to those who rely on you. You will work under the direction of an LPN to safely and accurately administer medications in accordance with physician orders, company guidelines, and state regulations. This position reports to the Director of Assisted Living.
What You’ll Do
- Provide medication administration to assigned residents in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow all Medication Administration policies and procedures
- Support residents with daily care needs in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Communicate changes or concerns to nursing leadership
- Help maintain a positive, calm, and resident‑centered environment
Please note: RMAs do not administer injections or medications via g‑tube, j‑tube, nasogastric tubes, or IV routes.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 months experience with basic nursing procedures preferred
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and competency evaluation
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with no allegations of abuse or neglect
- Completion of facility orientation and required in‑service trainings
- Must be at least 18 years old (per Department of Labor regulations)

Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-hour morning shifts (7am–3pm)
- On-call rotation may be required
