The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for writing service orders, communicating repair needs, and ensuring a smooth and transparent service experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and skilled at explaining technical information in a way customers can understand.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Create detailed repair orders and obtain necessary authorizations
- Communicate repair estimates and timelines clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Review completed work with customers and handle billing
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
