Overview:

The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for writing service orders, communicating repair needs, and ensuring a smooth and transparent service experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and skilled at explaining technical information in a way customers can understand.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
  • Create detailed repair orders and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Communicate repair estimates and timelines clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
  • Review completed work with customers and handle billing
  • Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
