About this position
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. Ability to perform assessments, administer medications, and recognize change in patient condition. Communicates with other staff as appropriate in collaboration of care, changes of patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within state of practice.
Current BCLS certification.
Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire date.
