What You’ll Do

  • Generate pre-need sales using company-provided leads from web inquiries, direct mail, and seminar events
  • Develop self-generated leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Meet with families to plan pre-need cremation and cemetery services with empathy and professionalism
  • Conduct in-home, seminar-based, or virtual sales presentations to educate families on available options
  • Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, ongoing communication, and excellent service
  • Manage appointments, documentation, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in sales training, team meetings, and development workshops to continuously improve performance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to support team goals and overall client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-motivated, compassionate professional who is driven to succeed while helping others
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers or tablets for presentations and digital documentation
  • Proven sales, customer service, or relationship management experience preferred
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions
  • Current insurance license holders strongly preferred
  • Must be able to obtain a limited insurance license to sell(company covers all licensing costs) and pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs
