We’re seeking a motivated, service-minded Sales Professional who wants to make a difference — and be rewarded for it.
What You’ll Do
- Generate pre-need sales using company-provided leads from web inquiries, direct mail, and seminar events
- Develop self-generated leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Meet with families to plan pre-need cremation and cemetery services with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct in-home, seminar-based, or virtual sales presentations to educate families on available options
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, ongoing communication, and excellent service
- Manage appointments, documentation, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and development workshops to continuously improve performance
- Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to support team goals and overall client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
- A self-motivated, compassionate professional who is driven to succeed while helping others
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers or tablets for presentations and digital documentation
- Proven sales, customer service, or relationship management experience preferred
- High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions
- Current insurance license holders strongly preferred
- Must be able to obtain a limited insurance license to sell(company covers all licensing costs) and pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs
