Job Title: Pianist / Organist

Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in piano performance; ability to play organ is highly desirable.
Strong sight-reading skills with the ability to accurately interpret, perform, and adapt musical arrangements.
Familiarity with traditional hymns, contemporary worship music, and liturgical service structure is a plus.
Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate closely with worship leaders and clergy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality musical accompaniment for weekly Sunday worship services, including preludes, hymns, offertories, communion music, and postludes.
Support special programs such as holiday services, memorials, weddings, and other chapel events as required.
Coordinate with the Chaplain, choir members, and other worship staff to select appropriate musical pieces aligned with the theme and liturgy of each service.
Attend scheduled rehearsals to prepare musical selections and ensure seamless integration with service components.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality, ensuring readiness of all music prior to each service or event.
Perform related duties necessary to support the overall worship experience.
