Position Summary: 

In this role, you will ensure the smooth deployment and functionality of Arial systems by pre-configuring them, managing licenses, and setting up devices. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer licensing data in Salesforce.

Essential Job Functions 

• Generate licenses for software installations and customer orders, including data entry in Salesforce. 
• Pre-configure Arial systems for project managers, including setting up server PCs and registering all devices. 
• Handle all Arial PC setup and updates for finished goods, encompassing network manager/coordinator setup and testing. 
• Set up and test all Arial Paging devices.

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience with configuring and deploying computer systems, including software installation and network settings. 
• Familiarity with Salesforce and data entry. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• A meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment. 
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows which require strong time management skills. 

To Excel: 

• Working knowledge of Arial systems: Familiarity with the specific software, hardware, and configurations of Arial systems would be a plus. This allows you to troubleshoot issues more efficiently and independently. 
• Scripting knowledge (VBScript, PowerShell): While not always required, the ability to write basic scripts can automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. 
• Network administration experience: Understanding of networking concepts like IP addresses, firewalls, and network protocols would be beneficial for troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
