Pay: $17.23/hr. – $28.25/hr. DOE

 

                                                                                                                         

Position Responsibilities:

Setup and operate Automatic Machines to produce a variety of partsUtilize precision measuring instruments such as comparators, indicators, calipers, height gauges, and micrometers, to inspect and adhere to close tolerance requirementsRead and interpret blueprintsOperate multiple machines simultaneouslyTroubleshoot issues and make machine adjustments as neededMaintain excellent quality and high efficiencyFollow all plant Safety procedures and regulationsPerform daily housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and organizedSupport quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality System (e.g., applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process)May be required to perform other tasks as needed by the Company  

Essential Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalentAt least 1 year of experience with CNC Milling/Lathing operational experience Familiar with 5S, lean manufacturing principles, and ISO standards Strong math background, preferably in machine/shop mathAttentive to detail Able to work in an environment of oil, coolant, and chipsMust be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Automatic machine experienceTechnical degree
