Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our New York operations. This on-site role is essential to ensuring efficient technician scheduling while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch mobile technicians to customer and dealership locations.
- Coordinate daily routes to ensure efficiency and timely service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries
- Answer inbound calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate daily assignments, updates, and changes to technicians
- Monitor route progress and proactively address delays, cancellations, or urgent service needs
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to support service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, service calls, and technician availability
- Utilize dispatching, scheduling, and CRM systems to document and track activity
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service while managing multiple priorities
- Work with accounting and technicians to ensure payments are reconciled
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or call center roles preferred
- Experience in automotive, mobile service, or field service environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, calm, and customer-focused demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
