Were looking for an IT Specialist to keep our organization running smoothly by providing front-line technical support, maintaining systems, and ensuring our hardware, software, and networks operate at peak performance. This is a hands-on role where youll troubleshoot, train, and support end-users while also helping strengthen our IT infrastructure.

What Youll Do

  • Provide first-line support to end-users, quickly resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and network performance.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve escalated or complex issues.
  • Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Assist in implementing security measures to protect against breaches and malware.
  • Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
  • Conduct user training sessions on IT best practices and procedures.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

What Were Looking For

Education & Training

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • 2+ years of IT support experience (preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar certifications (preferred)

Salary Information

$34.14 - $37.74 Hourly Wage
