About this position
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Installation & Commissioning professional to join our Regional Team in North America. You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute the installation, commissioning, and start-up of industrial systems across the U.S. and Canada — ensuring every project runs safely, smoothly, and to spec.
This role involves extensive travel (up to 80%) and occasional international assignments.
· Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation and commissioning activities on-site.
· Lead and support teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
· Test, calibrate, and fine-tune mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during start-up.
· Collaborate with project managers, automation engineers, and customers for seamless project delivery.
· Document progress, results, and handover packages (FAT/SAT).
· Train operators and maintenance staff on-site.

· Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
· 3+ years of experience in installation, commissioning, or supervision of industrial systems.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation interfaces.
· Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
· Self-driven and comfortable making on-site decisions in fast-paced environments.
· Willingness to travel extensively across North America.
