The Role

The Field Support Role is a vital role to maintain effeciencies across all departments within the company. This role supports all departments in a multitude of ways.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with removal of trash from cab and rear of truck, and recycling from Installation trucks.
• Unload and check back in portables, report to direct manager any missing accessories from portables.
• Inventory responsibilities.
• Assist with maintenance.
• Clean and sweep trucks parking and dumpster area and clean warehouse of garbage and sweep.
• Check stock items in the warehouse (Refrigerant, Poles, humidifiers, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Acetylene, Pads, Literature holder, and signs).
• Take direction from direct manager with regards to pick up of recycling from Install jobs and parts picked up, truck stock delivered or paperwork picked up for service and delivery of portables for sales.
• Drive 16' box truck and operate lift gate and pallet jack.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a clean & insurable driving record.
• Must be able to pass background check & drug test.
• Must be able to lift & carry up to 100lbs with assistance. 
• Must be able to work under deadlines and take direction.
• Must have excellent reading and communication skills, and be highly organized.
• Must possess a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work with power tools, on ladders, in attics, and on roofs.
• Passionate about Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and loves the brand.
