Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead is looking for an Internet Sales Consultant who knows how to engage online customers and convert leads into loyal Land Rover drivers. This individual is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience using a modern, digital-first sales strategy.

What you'll do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads, phone inquiries, chat requests, and online submissions
- Guide customers through the digital sales journey—from initial contact to appointment setting to vehicle delivery
- Build strong relationships by providing transparent information, personalized follow-up, and high-value product knowledge
- Create engaging online communications (email, text, video introductions, etc.)
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet daily/weekly lead management goals
- Stay up-to-date on Land Rover models, features, pricing, and incentives

What we expect:
- Proven experience in internet sales, BDC, automotive retail, or customer-focused digital communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital communication platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to deliver a luxury-level customer experience
- Automotive experience preferred; Land Rover/JLR experience a plus
- Ability to work every Saturday
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Must submit to a background and drug screen.
Working Environment & Physical Demands
Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
