Registered Dental Hygienist | Full Time | $10k Sign On Bonus
We are a busy dental practice seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional preventive care in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
1-hour lunch
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Starting at $40.00 Per Hour

Your Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and patient education
Update and maintain accurate patient records and medical histories
Assist the dentist with procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout visits
Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, sterile environment
Promote patient wellness through excellent care and communication
Requirements:
Valid Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
At least 2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred
Skilled in taking dental x-rays and using CAD software
Familiar with Dentrix or other Dental Practice Management Software
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic technique
Knowledge of medical terminology and dental anatomy
Experience with imaging equipment a plus
