Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure all rooms meet the hotel’s quality and cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock is low.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Assist with cleaning public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
