Position Overview
As a Warehouse Worker you will contribute to the efficient operation of our facility. Your key responsibilities will include loading empty containers onto a conveyor belt, ensuring precise alignment with the filling system, and manually securing caps onto containers.
This position will be a night shift starting at 5:00pm - 4:00am working Monday - Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Load empty containers onto conveyor belt.
- Ensure containers are correctly aligned with filling system.
- Manually secure caps onto containers.
- Manually load finished product into corrugate. Each finished container weighs 23 pounds.
- Manually feed 46-pound boxes into automatic taping machine.
- Manually stack 46-pound boxes onto pallets.
- Interpersonal skills and willingness to take direction from management.
Required/Preferred Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a forklift license.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work AM or PM shifts as needed.
- Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Working Environment and Physical Demands (Field Positions)
This position requires the ability to routinely:
- Lift, push & pull up to 75lbs. repeatedly throughout the course of the shift.
- Walk, squat, stoop, kneel and bend repeatedly at each delivery location.
- Enter and exit truck cab multiple times throughout the day.
- Climb on top of and inspect trailer.
- Pass a DOT physical and maintain FMCSA drug and alcohol standards.
