This position handles a variety of responsibilities at our Industrial Paint Solutions and Auto Refinish Solutions division in Spencer, IA.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Play important role in providing paint products to our customers. Understand customer orders and complete accurate mixing of paint products to specifications
- Provide exceptional service to our customers, over the phone and in person
- Assist with managing incoming freight and replace stock in inventory. Perform physical inventory as needed.
- Prioritize customer deliveries and ensure timely, accurate and safe delivery to our customers and stores
- Accurately bill and invoice customers and our stores
- Demonstrated ability to complete detailed tasks as per customer and management specifications
- Strong personal accountability to ensure our customers’ needs are understood and met, the first time every time!
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and operate with a sense of urgency
- Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability operate or forklift or utilize appropriate training to learn
- General computer skills
- Solid communication skills are needed!
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
