🌱 Team Leader – Greenhouse Operations

Lead people. Build things. Grow something real.

We have two vacancies for motivated hands-on Team Leaders to supervise crews of 5–15 people in our fast-paced perennial greenhouse operation. This role is for someone who likes to be in the action, not behind a desk—leading crews through a wide variety of projects as the seasons change.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and motivate crews across production, potting, plant care, Christmas production, and more
  • Plan daily work, keep projects moving, and jump in when needed
  • Set the tone: safe, productive, positive, and efficient
  • Adapt—no two weeks look the same here, and that’s the fun part

What we’re looking for

  • Proven ability to lead people and direct physical work
  • Comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work in all seasons
  • Organized, dependable, and confident making decisions
  • Greenhouse or agriculture experience is a plus—but not required

Why this role is different

  • Real responsibility and real leadership (not just a title)
  • Variety—plants, projects, people, and seasons keep things interesting
  • Work you can see, touch, and be proud of at the end of the day

If you’re the kind of leader who earns respect by showing up, working hard, and bringing people together—we’d like to meet you.
