Growing Futures Early Education Center is looking for an enthusiastic and caring part time, Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our team! If you enjoy working with children from infancy through age 5, this is a wonderful opportunity to step into a nurturing, engaging environment where your work truly matters. This position will work 3 days a week from the time of hire until the end of August 2026.
As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our classrooms by stepping in when regular teachers are absent. You’ll collaborate with our teaching teams to help plan and deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. When leading a classroom, you’ll create a safe, positive, and enriching environment that meets the individual needs of every child while aligning with Head Start, state, and local standards.

Requirements:

Education:
A CDA, Associate’s, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
