We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist II to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans based on client assessments

- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client needs

- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

- Conduct behavioral assessments and contribute to the development of treatment goals

- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and team members


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field

- Residential Treatment experience is preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges

- Knowledge of behavioral analysis, intervention strategies, and data collection methods

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

Requirements:

The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearance are required.

$36000.00 - $41733.87 Annual Salary
