About the role
The ideal Digital Communication candidate will be on-site at our global corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas working 24-40 hours per week. This internship will run from late May to mid-August, 2026.
This individual supports the development and execution of Internal and External communication strategies through digital and marketing activities across social media and internal communication channels. This role focuses on content creation, digital asset coordination, and assisting in reporting and performance tracking. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys contributing ideas, storyboarding videos, and assisting with graphics and video creation/editing. This individual will work alongside the company’s internal communication team to grow our online presence and strengthen our brand as employer of choice.

Responsibilities
Storyboard, capture footage, and edit short-form videos highlighting employees, company’s innovation initiatives, and leadership presentationsParticipate in setting up filming locations, lighting, camera equipment, and ensuring all technical aspects are optimized for shootsAssist in creating engaging motion graphics and visual elements that enhance video projects and digital content for social media, internal communication, blogs, email, and other marketing platformsAssist in creating social media content, including captions, static graphics, and short-form video draftsReview and identify creative ways to repurpose existing content (blogs, emails, podcasts, webinars, and educational resources) into social media postsTrack digital marketing trends and competitor activity, flagging best practices for improvementCreate basic graphics and visual assets using CanvaTrack engagement metrics and provide basic performance reportsQualifications
Current student or recent graduate pursuing Media Production, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldProven experience with video production techniques such as filming, lighting setup, and camera operationStrong skills in video editing (using Canva), post-production workflows, and motion graphics creationStrong storytelling, written, and verbal skillsFamiliarity with major social media platforms, specifically LinkedInOrganized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyComfortable working in a professional, on-site environmentCompensation: $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience
