Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring seamless scheduling, staffing, and compliance support. The ideal candidate has strong communication and time-management skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of client accounts.
Coordinate employee scheduling, including last-minute changes and call-out coverage.
Work closely with the hiring team to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on clients needs.
Support training and onboarding of new hires for assigned accounts.
Assist with internal workforce compliance and policy adherence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.

Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of employee scheduling experience (required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Availability to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Salary Information

$65000 - $85000 Annual Salary
