Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers
- Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy
- Current certification as a Music Therapist (MT-BC)
- Hospice or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
