The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a chef position, with the ability to craft memorable dining experiences through outstanding food and impeccable service.  This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong organizational skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a true passion for culinary excellence.


Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a talented team of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain the restaurant’s reputation for superb dining experiences.


Requirements:

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior leadership role in a full-service, upscale restaurant.
  • Strong culinary background with a passion for innovative and high-quality cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
