Position Overview

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced CPA or EA to join their team as a Tax Manager / Senior Accountant. This leadership-focused role will oversee client engagements, mentor accounting staff, and help drive firm growth while delivering high-quality tax and accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review tax engagements for individuals and businesses
Oversee accounting and tax preparation processes
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to accounting staff
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables
Support firm growth through networking and business development

Qualifications

5+ years of public accounting experience
Active CPA or EA certification required
Strong experience in tax preparation and review
Proven ability to manage client relationships
Leadership experience mentoring or supervising staff
Excellent communication and analytical skills
