GH Restaurant Host I

As a Host at Trillium, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth seating experience, and gracious hospitality from beginning to end. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phones in a positive and upbeat manner, assisting callers and taking reservations.
• Process Room Service orders when the Room Service attendant is unavailable.
• Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Clear and reset tables as needed to support the service team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide support throughout all aspects of the dining experience.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Friendly attitude with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified.
• Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a dynamic service team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with resetting tables and carrying supplies as needed.
