Lead Host

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage reservation bookings and seating arrangements efficiently
- Lead and supervise the host team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the service staff to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Uphold company standards and policies to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
