This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company from the ground up. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience in service delivery, troubleshooting, and testing. You’ll travel across the GTA, meet new people, and develop valuable technical skills along the way. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused, and motivated individual with strong communication skills to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from first interaction to final installation. What You’ll Do
Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
Install, test, troubleshoot and repair as required to Beanfield standards
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
Ensure the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
Collect “as builds” information in a timely manner
Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
All other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
A valid Ontario Drivers License (G2 or above) is a must-have for the role.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner

Excellent time-management skills;
Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
Must be able to work shift work.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
