POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist in the daily operations of the production department, as assigned by supervisor/management. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Manual work such as product inspection, cleaning work spaces, lifting boxes, etc. will be required, as requested;

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for following all Food Safety related policies and procedures;
- Responsible for following all Safety Rules, policies, procedures and work instructions;
- Sorts through and visually inspects rejected cartons.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- High School diploma;
- Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary education/training.
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior technical writing experience or classroom instruction preferred;
- Prior production experience and mechanical aptitude preferred;
- Current post-secondary training/education directly related to manufacturing preferred, but not required.
