We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our Home Care (non-medical) division. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, improve service quality, and optimize business performance. You’ll combine leadership, analytics, and process improvement skills to ensure our team delivers exceptional care while running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.
     
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
     
  • Streamline workflows, enhance processes, and introduce automation where needed.
     
  • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a motivated, high-performing team.
     
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities.
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, funding sources, and community partners.
     
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards.
     
  • Provide hands-on support when necessary to ensure exceptional care.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· At least 5 years of experience working in administration and management

· Project management experience, preferred

· Masters’ degree, preferred.

This position has typical business hours with some evenings and weekends as needed.
