Job Summary:

This position represents a leadership opportunity.  As a Coffee Trailer & Farmstand coordinator, you will take on a responsibility in guiding daily operations, supporting and training fellow team members, and ensuring excellence across customer service, product quality, and workplace culture. You will help carry the heart of our Christ-centered mission by fostering a spirit of hospitality, stewardship, and integrity in all areas—from managing schedules and social media to coordinating with our farm crew. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow in leadership, ministry impact, and long-term vision as part of our work in helping women in recovery understand their identity in Jesus Christ and serve the broader community.

Coffee Trailer Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and teas (hot, iced, and blended)

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

·         Order and maintain stock of supplies as needed

·         Update and maintain the menu, including seasonal offerings and pricing

·         Hire and train new employees

·         Develop opening and closing procedures and train employees

·         Approve employee hours and timecards

Farmstand Responsibilities:

·         Create and manage employee schedules for the farmstand

·         Develop opening and closing procedures and train employees

·         Approve employee hours and timecards

·         Determine daily and seasonal hours of operation

·         Maintain appropriate highway and roadside signage

·         Communicate with farm crew about fruit and produce availability and readiness

·         Maintain stock of non-farm grown items
