About this position
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- This is a part-time position based in West Linn, Oregon.
- Flexible work schedule with preference for in person care at our West Linn clinic
- Provide comprehensive assessments and mental health medication management to clinic clients.
- Effectively utilize electronic health record for scheduling, file management and other needs that may arise for your caseload.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Maintain good communication with team members, therapists and leadership.
- Must be independently licensed in Oregon.
CASCADE COUNSELING AND CONSULTING (DBA Cascade Wellness Center) WILL PROVIDE:
- Flexible work schedule.
- Use of a fully furnished office space.
- Ability to consult and coordinate care with primary therapists
- Appointment scheduling.
- Insurance paneling and reimbursement rate negotiations as needed.
- Dynamic and user-friendly electronic health record system with an integrated telehealth platform.
THE IDEAL PROVIDER WILL:
- Hold an active, unrestricted license to practice in Oregon (MD, Nurse Practitioner, Naturopath, or similar)
- Hold or obtain professional liability insurance that meets expected professional standards.
- Participate in routine case staffing and consultation with therapy team.
