Server - Assisted Living Dining Room

We are currently seeking friendly and attentive servers to enhance our dining experience and ensure our residents enjoy nutritious and enjoyable meals in a comfortable setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival
- Serve meals and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist residents with menu selections and special dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area before, during, and after service
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during food service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal delivery
- Respond to residents' needs and provide excellent customer service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and patience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Friendly, compassionate, and respectful attitude towards residents
