Stamford Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Sales BDC Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping drive sales in a fast-paced automotive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, and text/email inquiries
- Schedule customer appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience
- Work closely with the sales department to meet and exceed goals
What We’re Looking For in a Sales BDC Representative:
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and great listener
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Automotive or call center experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
