We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Patient Coordinator to be the friendly, professional voice of our medical office. In this role, you’ll ensure every patient has a seamless experience while supporting our providers and office operations. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and emails with professionalism and care.
     
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently, optimizing provider time and treatment room availability.
     
  • Prepare and send office notes, medical records, and billing information to case managers and attorneys.
     
  • Coordinate with the Personal Injury Supervisor on patient care, referrals, and documentation.
     
  • Respond to patient inquiries, relay messages to providers, and ensure excellent communication across the team.
     
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, safeguarding personal and financial information.
     
  • Keep patient accounts up-to-date by recording and managing personal and financial details.
     
  • Follow office policies and procedures to maintain smooth operations and suggest improvements when needed.
     
  • Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish team goals and contribute to a positive, supportive office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of medical terminology knowledge.
  • 1+ year of computer skills.
  • eCW experience
  • Required to pass a Level II background screening.
