About this position
We are seeking a skilled full-time Pipe Layer to join one of our pipe crews on various construction job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting grade, leading the laborers on the crew, setting the laser up and maintaining grade in the ditch, reading and understanding plans, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must have valid documentation and be able to pass E-Verify.
- Proven experience working as a Pipe Layer on a pipe crew.
- Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues.
