About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Customer Support department. This is an hourly, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient support services. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills in a dynamic and collaborative setting while delivering outstanding service in the English language.


What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Customer Support department to ensure effective and compassionate patient interactions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures that align with organizational standards and patient care goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, addressing any issues and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and improve the overall patient support experience.
  • Handle escalated customer or patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Track operational metrics and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of support services.


Qualifications

  • Active nursing license and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-centric or healthcare environment.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or other tools supporting customer care operations is a plus.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and build trust among team members.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality care and exceptional support.

The pay range for this role is:
73,000 - 76,000 USD per year(KS)
