Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and conduct regular training to uphold service excellence
- Manage seating arrangements, and flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize HotSchedules and Toast point of sale systems for scheduling, sales tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing upscale, full-service restaurants
- Proven experience in high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with HotSchedules and Toast POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
