ssing support in collaboration with the Finance Specialist.Assists with benefits reconciliation
Other Duties: Performs other duties and assignments as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience / Training: Two years of human resources experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and PDF-based documentation.
Preferred Position Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience / Training: Human resources experience in a health care environment; preferably in a community health center, primary care, or FQHC setting.
- License / Certification: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
