Regular work schedules are Monday through Friday: 7:45-4:45, 8:00-5:00, 8:15-5:15 or 11:00-5:15.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
- Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and communicate findings with parents and team members
- Support the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment
- Follow licensing regulations and center policies to ensure compliance and safety standards

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift and carry young children and perform physical activities related to caregiving
- Bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
