About the Role

Under the guidance of the HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the HR Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting multi-site recruiting and broader human resources initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a college junior or senior to apply classroom learning to real-world HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

· Assist with full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles across multiple sites.

· Post job openings on internal and external job boards.

· Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.

· Support candidate communication and interview scheduling.

· Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting dashboards.

· Assist with onboarding paperwork, new-hire documentation, and compliance tasks.

· Participate in HR meetings and contribute to special projects.

· Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

· Junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

· Must be able to work on-site in Chambersburg, PA.

Generally, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with required flexibility to support our 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Salary Information

$16.0 Hourly Wage
