We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker / Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking and organizing orders while operating a forklift safely and effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely

- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas

- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an order picker or forklift operator

- Valid forklift operator certification

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
