Customer Care Representative

Wall Recycling is looking for Customer Care Representative Monday- Friday. This role is responsible for answering the phones, emails, and texts of customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.

Job Description:

• Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals for calls, talk time, wait time, and other metrics
• Answers inbound calls in a professional manner
• Courteously interact with customers
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Become proficient in our phone system as well as operating system (SoftPak)
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: hourly: $17-$19/hr based experience
