We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Business Development to help grow our referral network and enhance visibility for our behavioral health services in Windsor, NJ. This position plays a vital role in expanding access to care by connecting with community partners, providers, and institutions throughout the region.

What You'll Do:

• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, schools, insurers, and community organizations.
• Lead outreach efforts: calls, in‑person visits, presentations, and networking events.
• Develop marketing collateral and tailored proposals to highlight our services.
• Manage the full cycle: lead generation → relationship building → contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends, track referral metrics, and optimize outreach performance.

What You'll Bring:

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in business development, preferably in healthcare (behavioral health a strong plus).
• A persuasive communicator: excels in presentations, contract negotiations, and follow‑through.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing referral or revenue targets.
• Strong network in healthcare or mental health sectors in NJ is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally (~50 miles radius) and attend regular networking events.
