Are you warm, friendly, detail-oriented, and great with both people and pets? Our Guest Services Associates are the heart of the resort—welcoming clients, supporting smooth operations, and ensuring every guest (two-legged and four-legged!) enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves pets, and enjoys helping clients feel confident and cared for.

What You’ll Do

Greet clients in person and by phone with a professional, welcoming attitudeHandle check-ins/outs, payments, vaccine verification, and client instructionsSchedule services such as boarding, grooming, training, and daycare evaluationsKeep reservations accurate and updated throughout the dayRespond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messagesCommunicate client needs clearly across departmentsMaintain clean, organized, guest-ready spacesSupport retail with product recommendations and tidy displaysAssist with administrative and operational tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay calm in a high-traffic environmentDetail-oriented with accurate data entry and billing skillsComfortable working around animals of all sizesDependable, flexible, and available on weekends/holidaysAble to stand and move for long periods and safely handle pets up to 100 lbsWhy You’ll Love Working Here

15 - 17 USD per hour(MO01 - Williamsburg - MO)
