What You Will Do
• Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule appointments and build relationships
• Present and sell property and casualty insurance solutions that meet customer needs
• Meet and exceed individual production goals
• Participate in local marketing events to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects

What We're Looking For
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Proven experience in insurance sales
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to influence, problem-solve, and overcome objections
• Trustworthy, dependable, and ethical
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple client relationships
