Finance Associate, Attorney (Dallas)

Job Title: Finance Associate – Corporate Debt Team

Talantage, LLC is assisting our client's Corporate Debt team with immediate openings for Finance Associates in the Dallas and New York offices. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated finance transactions with a highly regarded team.
Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of finance transactions, including:
  • Syndicated lending
  • Secured transactions
  • Commercial finance, including cash flow credit facilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other related financing documents.
• Support and advise clients on structuring and execution of private debt transactions.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring high-quality client service.
• Collaborate with partners and team members across offices.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active license to practice law in Texas (required).
• 3–6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance.
• Private debt experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.
