Low and Slow Smokehouse is looking for a passionate, hardworking Pitmaster to join our team!
If you know your way around a smoker, understand fire management, and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality BBQ — we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain smokers daily
- Monitor meat temps, fire control, and cook times
- Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with prep and inventory as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with wood-fired smokers (required)
- Strong knowledge of BBQ meats and techniques
- Early morning availability
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with strong work ethic
